The ALIENTEK T90 Smart Soldering Iron runs on USB Power Delivery at up to DC 28V, drawing a full 140W to reach target temperature in seconds rather than minutes. An 80-450C adjustable temperature range covers every common soldering task, from delicate 0402 components at low heat to heavy copper pours that demand sustained high output. Smart temperature control circuitry samples tip temperature continuously and compensates in real time, so the displayed value matches actual tip conditions within a few degrees. The station accepts C245, C210, and T65 tip families, meaning you can switch tip geometry to match the joint without buying an entirely new iron. I love this thing! I also have a hakko fx-888dx and this little guy runs laps around it! Something i never thought about is how, because the temperature sensor is so far from the tip in the hakko, it doesn’t respond to loads quickly. That means that even thought it has more thermal mass than this thing, the insane power and response of this thing means it performs significantly better even when using a tiny tip on difficult joints! Truly one of my favorite purchases off of aliexpress. The c245 tips are expensive but more than worth it. Take care of them and they will last years.

It arrived as described, I am very satisfied, it’s a very high-quality and convenient soldering iron for such a price, it’s simply a dream. It holds the temperature well, but I advise against using the medium tip; if you’re going to solder wires of 0.75mm or larger, get the thick one right away.

Iron works well and fast. Replacing my wall powered metcal sp200 that’s power supply started to hum.
Couple issues if you don’t have the right usb supply, but otherwise great experience.

Needed a portable soldering iron for some personal projects and the t90 fit the bill. I like how it feels in the hand, compact but not too small. Build quality is really good and heats up quickly. Arrived faster than expected and comes is and a fairly solid storage case. Highly recommended

I especially liked this soldering iron. it works very well with usb-c power delivery and heats up quickly, which makes it very convenient to use. for some reason, though, it feels slightly bigger in the hand than the ts101.
